Good to see many minimal cafe blooming

Personally, I have visit few of the minimal restaurant and cafe, I found out that their dishes are really amazing. You can tell how much efforts they put by looking the dish, what ingredients they used. It tastes authentic.

Most of the time, the staff of the minimal cafe also very friendly, you can feel that the efforts of the business owner to communicate with the staff. This is also an important to food and beverage industry.

We should welcome more of this type of restaurant and cafe, instead of those check-in spots.
