Worship me - Bornean Sun Bear is the 'God' of Forest

 

Do you know that Bornean Sun Bear is very important to us?

Without sun bears on Earth we won't have a healthy forest and fresh air.

• They are Gods of protecting the forest species:

They help disperse seeds as they travel in the forest, this helps to ensure the growth of these seeds far away from the parent tree and increase the survival rate. Sun bear preserves the variety of species of tropical tree.

• They are Gods of warrior against the termites armed forces:

Termites are sun bear's favorite food, they play an important role to keep termite populations down and hence keeps the forest healthy.

• They are Gods of fertile lands:

They dig for invertebrates in the soil, which enhances the forest’s nutrient cycle through the mixing of rich and poor soil. 

• They are Gods of home builder:

And they create nesting sites for animals such as hornbills and flying squirrels,  by tearing open tree trunks to reach the honey inside.
